Meet Your TrainerAdam Mayne is a registered Level 3 Personal Trainer. Registered Personal Trainer / Gym Instructor / Group Exercise Instructor with Aus Active, formally Fitness Australia.
He has spent the last 17 years working as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and manager. Adam has also been a children’s coach for the past 23 years and holds advanced training in Student Mentoring. |

When I turned 50, I decided to add another commitment to my already busy life - to be fit. Whilst the rest of my life resembles the curates egg - good in parts - thanks to Adam, I am fitter and stronger than I have ever been. I no longer wonder whether I will survive a kick boxing class, I no longer sigh (well!) at the thought of lunges and sit-ups. Adam’s sessions are always challenging, but never terrifying, and with enough variety to keep this Gemini interested. He knows just how far to push to bring out the best in people, never asking anyone to do more than they are able; his sense of fun means that there is no danger of anyone taking themselves too seriously.
