Why We Train
There are many reasons to train and I can guarantee that we have all used many reasons as to why we can not. We may not have the time, work might get in the way, we may get sick or injured, family issues may arise or we simply cannot be bothered. But the key is to keep trying, no matter how busy life gets we must make the time.
We may not look the way we want to or the way we once did. We may not be able to exercise like a professional athlete, a personal trainer or someone who has an abundance of free time.

The reasons we do it is not just to look good, but for our health, our family, the family we may one day have, our present and our future. We train to feel good about ourselves, to relieve stress and prolong our lives. We do it because we can, we do it because we must.
At times it may be hard and we may hate every second of it. You just need to remember it is only a moment in time.
Above all remember that what we do to ourselves now, affects our lives in years to come.
